1. Local Pickup – Houston, TX

• Local pickup is available in Houston, Texas.
• No shipping charge for local pickup.
• Orders must be scheduled in advance.
• Valid business information may be required for wholesale pricing.


2. Texas Orders (Within State)

• Small parts ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
• Delivery time typically 2–5 business days.
• Customer is responsible for correct shipping address.


3. Out-of-State Orders

• Orders ship via UPS Ground or freight carrier depending on size.
• Freight charges are paid by the customer.
• Commercial addresses preferred for pallet shipments.
• Liftgate service may incur additional fees.


4. Refrigerants & Regulated Products

• EPA 608 certification is required for refrigerant purchases.
• Orders will not ship until certification is verified.
• Refrigerants ship separately and are not eligible for free shipping.
• All refrigerant sales are final.


5. Pallet / Bulk Orders

• Minimum order amount may apply for pallet shipments.
• Freight charges are calculated separately.
• Customer is responsible for unloading unless liftgate service is requested.


6. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur during high-volume periods.


7. Shipping Damage

• Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of damaged items and packaging are required.
• Claims may be filed with the carrier when applicable.

Improper installation may cause equipment damage. Buyers are responsible for proper installation and compliance with local regulations.
